Peterson Birdwatching Field Guide

We love our birdwatching field guide!  This has helped the kids and I quickly identify the birds we are seeing in our backyard without sifting through thousands of online images.  The colorful pictures of the birds help in identifying specific birds when there may be the slightest color differences.  As a family, we use this field guide as a springboard to begin our backyard science adventure in observing the bird’s nesting, eating, and sounds to record in our birdwatching logs.  We have fallen in love with our backyard Black Phoebes, who nest under our pool waterfall, and Anna’s Hummingbirds who drink from our hummingbird feeder!  This is a beautiful book you will use and enjoy for many years!
